All of our products are made to order, and many are personalized just for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns or refunds.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us at info@soulfullycrafted.com and we will do our best to help.
When We Will Help
We will happily provide a replacement at no extra cost if:

Your item arrives damaged or broken.

There is a clear manufacturing defect.

You receive the wrong product.
To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the item showing the issue
Once we receive this, we’ll assess and remake your item if eligible.
When We Cannot Offer Returns or Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds in cases such as:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect personalizations provided during order

Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Mistakes not due to our error

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (European Union)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
